ENGAGE YOUR ALONENESS



I have achieved more in isolation than when I was so called busy. 

Unusual ideas and projects have been birthed through my lonely and isolated times.

Great accomplishments have been made during my period of not having to go out in the morning and come back at night in the name of going to work.

I employed myself. I promoted my brand to myself and I bought my ideas!

God uses the isolation periods to bring out the ideas that have been sleeping inside of you. He uses it as an opportunity for you to engage yourself and produce mind blowing results for all to see.

Life is not about going to work in the morning and returning at night. It is not about looking busy to yourself and people around. It is not also about having a salary at the end of the month or earning income. When you get the opportunity to engage yourself, your in-depth talent appears. Your capabilities which you were unaware of show up.

Personally, most remarkable things I have accomplished came forth when I was in the state of aloneness. Those times when I felt I was not gainfully employed and making money, they were the times I discovered things money cannot buy.

From my YouTube channel to my podcast, to my blogsite, to my learning French and getting certifications in French language, to my writing and publishing my books, to my learning to drive and getting my driving licence, to the development classes and certifications I have gotten, to the 30 days gospel challenge I organised; to every innovation I have ever come up with or any skill I have acquired which I can remember, all were birthed during my days of "aloneness".

Therefore, do not bemoan your isolation. It is your chance to engage with yourself to bring out innovations that will speak for you in the future.

Great minds need time alone to birth land sliding ideas and innovations.

When your body is at rest, your mind is engaged!

    This personal to me here
    Like the past four days I have have locked up myself in the house trying to get through with an online program.
    Every morning, everyone leaves the house to come back meet me in the evening.
    The looks and expressions are not funny o.
    Like you rightly said _looking busy to the people around is not all there is about working.

    The hibernation time can be a time for more self discovery and value building.

IHUNANYA, THE IGBO CONCEPT OF LOVE

Ihunanya means Love in Igbo language. When broken down, it reveals the Igbo people's concept of love. 'Ihu' means 'to see' 'nanya' means 'with the eyes' So ihunanya means 'To see with the eyes'. By this interpretation, it means that the Igbo people believe that love is a function of the sight. Love is inspired by what you see with your eyes and maintained by what you see with your eyes. The thought that you are not irreplaceable should not make your heart sink or scare you.
