Husband is a verb: Manage your virtuous woman carefully!

I started brooding on the Bible's description of the virtuous woman in Proverbs 31:10-31 and an understanding struck me. I rushed to the Bible to check it out and here was my finding:

All through the episode of the virtuous woman, we saw all she did - her diligence, her wisdom, her perseverance, her enterprise and how she took care of her household. Her husband gained fame and respect in the community because of her, as it was stated that "Her husband is well known at the city gates, where he sits with the other civic leaders." Verse 23

Do you know that strength can fail the virtuous woman, even her motivation can lapse? What then was the lubricant of the virtuous woman? It is stated in verse 28-29 of Proverbs 31:

Her children stand and bless her. Her husband praises her: “There are many virtuous and capable women in the world, but you surpass them all!”

HER HUSBAND PRAISES HER

'Praises' is a present tense. Which means he did that every so often. He praises her and not proclaims her fault. He praises her and not discusses her weaknesses or lapses with family and friends.

Mr Man, you want a virtuous woman, right? The question now is, can you maintain her "virtuousness"? The sweet words and praises of a man is like water to the flower of a woman. It makes her bloom. When you married her, she did you good but what did she get from you? Fault-finding, nagging, disrespect, disregard and all sorts, were the acid you poured on her flower; they hurt and killed her within. But you react in surprise if she does not blossom and may start comparing her with other women whose husbands treat like queens.

Creation came to being and are sustained by God's word. Your words are seeds and your seeds decide your harvest. At the end of the day, you will have your barn full of all what your words(seeds) produced. Take heed how you use your seeds(words) in your relationship with your wife.

If you know what 'husband' means, many men would be stripped of that title. The word 'husband' is a VERB which means "to manage carefully". A verb is an action or a doing word. Husband is what you do and not just a title. If you don't manage that woman God placed in your care well, how do you expect to be given heavenly treasures to manage?

Your undoing as a man is when you accept to answer husband without performing such role. Dear Manager, if your wife was a company under your management, tell us, with the way you manage your wife, has that company not gone moribund?

Someone once said, "You want wife material, are you a good husband tailor?"

Your wife is a resource that you have to manage carefully. She is the representation of your management skills. If you can't manage her properly, then you are not skilled enough to manage higher dimensions. There are realms you step into not by pursuit but by validation; the doors will open freely for you to step into higher positions. You will not have to keep knocking or even break down heaven's doors with your prayers, if your wife validates you.

SINGLE MEN TAKE NOTE!

Husbandman, tend your garden! Gardens do not self-prune or self-plant. He that has ears (and understands english) let him hear...
